Returns, Exchange & Refund policy

At Darwa Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or circumstances may require a return or exchange. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates or tags.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For Prepaid orders, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within  3-7 business days. For the Cash on Delivery orders, we would issue you store credit in the form of a gift card within 24 hours. This gift card would then be available for use immediately.

Cancellation Policy

The darwa.co.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order will be made in a reasonable time.

If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel the order that has been partially or fully processed. TheFira.com reserves the right to decide whether the order has been partially or fully processed and you agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

30-Day Replacement Option:

  • In addition to returns and exchanges, we offer a 30-day replacement option for any defective or damaged items.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing details and any supporting documentation or photographs.
  • We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the replacement process.
  • The customer will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the replacement of defective or damaged items.

Refund policy

For a return to be eligible in case an incorrect article or a damaged article has been shipped, the below checks must be followed;

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund promptly.
  • An Unboxing Video is required to claim a refund in case of damaged articles.
  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your package.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.
  • All jewellery returns must include the original box in its original condition.
  • The tag should remain securely attached to the product.
